Greek Week & Greek Sing

Greek week is held every fall to celebrate Greek Life at Allegheny. An important staple of the week is Greek Olympics; activities include a water balloon toss, a tug-of-war, and a relay race. We can also get points for showing up to campus-wide events. Another big draw is the Greek Gods and Goddesses competition, where one member from each organization represents their brothers or sisters with knowledge and talent. The final event, and highlight of the week, is Greek Sing. We work for several weeks to put together a song and dance routine, which we perform in Shafer Auditorium. With a lot of teamwork and effort, Epsilon Iota won Greek Week 2011 and Greek Sing in 2013!
SAMS

Each year, student organizations come together to raise money for an event called Students Against Multiple Sclerosis. Together we raise money for a great cause but we also have a great time with a lip-syncing competition! This past spring our newest members did a "Monster" theme and stole first place!
Sorority Football

Spring time means sorority football! The brothers of Delta Tau Delta host this tournament, and provide coaching to each sorority team. Tri Deltas always bring their A game and their competitive spirit. In 2011, our ladies came out on top and they took second place in 2012. Sure, we love to win, but it's the fun that keeps us coming back each year.
